I have been championing the music of Canada-based photographer and bedroom-ambient merchant Cole Peters for some time now. Previously he has released a slew of free download albums (which I have uploaded here) under the name Elixirs. For so many releases in such a short space of time, the standard was remarkably consistent, and they are still in regular rotation for my "staring at the ceiling" moments. Recently, he has changed tack slightly with a new project called Gomeisa. This is the first album under the new moniker and was released in a beautifully packaged edition of 10 copies at the beginning of 2009. It's a darker and more focused album than his previous releases and should sit extremely well with anyone prone to gazing out windows.
